Dietitian-Nutritionist
Véronique Liesse is a dietitian-nutritionist. Her work is split between patient consultations and her online nutrition training platform for health professionals. The author of several books on nutrition, she has built her practice on one requirement: personalise every recommendation, refuse to be “married to a single brand”, and choose for each patient the products best suited to them.
For years Véronique managed multi-brand recommendations by hand. Paper order forms, online platforms, pharmacies on the side. “I really struggled with that.” Her patients got lost in the substitutions: “They would say to me: if you can't give me products I can find in one place...”
