Description
Boluoke® √ Enzymatic degradation of biofilms, plasminogen activator to reduce thrombosis or hypercoagulation. Boluoke® (lumbrokinase) is the only fully studied oral enzyme on the market promoting a healthier blood state, and it shows great promise in promoting a healthy coagulation/fibrinolysis balance in the body. The coagulation system is a complex and highly regulated system. Modern lifestyles often tip the balance towards hypercoagulation (thick blood) and rarely towards hypocoagulation. For most people, Boluoke® can help the body maintain the system in a more balanced state. Lumbrokinase is a more potent enzymatic preparation than nattokinase. One of the advantages of Boluoke® (lumbrokinase) is that it does not interfere with the coagulation cascade, but instead acts by reducing fibrinogen and fibrin. Boluoke® does not affect INR or aPTT, so it is compatible with Coumadin® or heparin. Boluoke® compared to other Lumbrokinase products Comparing other lumbrokinase products to Boluoke® is like comparing apples and oranges. The enzymatic strength of Boluoke® is standardised against urokinase and t-PA. Imitation products are likely only earthworm protein extracts containing little pure lumbrokinase or low-enzymatic-strength lumbrokinase. Some companies manufacture products containing 230 mg to 250 mg of lumbrokinase per capsule and attempt to cite Boluoke®'s research as their own. Boluoke® capsules measure 200 mg and contain 20 mg of lumbrokinase inside each capsule. Most of these other lumbrokinases are unable to distinguish between the capsule weight (i.e. 250 mg) and the active lumbrokinase per capsule (Boluoke® is 20 mg). Boluoke® is the only fully studied oral fibrinolytic supplement on the market. In addition to having carried out in vitro studies, animal studies, toxicity studies and pharmacokinetic studies, Boluoke® has also undergone all phases of clinical trials (including randomised double-blind controlled studies) in China. Boluoke® is the only Lumbrokinase backed by phase I to III clinical trials in China, the one that was first used in hospitals in China and covered by China's national basic medical insurance. A common question we receive concerns the potential side effects of Boluoke®. The earthworm has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years and is considered one of the safest remedies in traditional pharmacopoeias. In one of the largest Boluoke® clinical trials, involving 16 hospitals and 1,560 patients in China, the overall rate of adverse effects was 1,92 % (30 cases). 0,58 % had skin itching, 0,19 % had skin rashes and 1,15 % had nausea or diarrhoea; no haemorrhage or major side effects were reported. Again, this research concerns Boluoke® only. Interestingly, other lumbrokinase products cite clinical results obtained with Boluoke® only, leading the reader to assume that research was carried out on their own formulations. However, their products may be very different, and your patients may have very different results. On the raw materials market, the price of lumbrokinase can vary by up to 15 times, and the enzymatic strengths of different lumbrokinases also differ considerably. Moreover, lumbrokinase is a preparation containing several enzymatic fractions, and the extraction and purification method determines the composition of the different enzymatic fractions. Thus, different extraction methods will produce different lumbrokinase sub-fractions. This is the reason why Boluoke® does not significantly change prothrombin time (PT) or activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), whereas other sources of lumbrokinase can significantly change PT or aPTT, as shown by studies. No other lumbrokinase product can offer you this assurance.
