The "citrate" form is of interest because it is alkalising. CogniMag totals 300 mg of elemental magnesium. These 2 forms of magnesium are reinforced by 2 other components: √ L-Arginine (1 g) , an amino acid √ Active vitamin B6 (2 mg) , a non-toxic and metabolically active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) which increases its speed of action in the body. Other supplements use non-active vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine. √ Vitamin B6, like magnesium, contributes to the reduction of fatigue, while also contributing to normal psychological function (serenity)... CogniMag offers excellent intra-cellular absorption (including neurons)! Don't neglect your magnesium levels! Sport and hormonal fluctuations in women cause magnesium present in cells to be released.
