Plant-based vitamin D3 Optim D3 is a supplement rich in vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 100% natural and entirely plant-based. The vitamin D used in Optim D3 is vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the form of vitamin D synthesised by our skin when exposed to the sun. Oil-based form for good absorption The vitamin D in Optim D3 is blended with an organic coconut oil extract for optimal absorption. Indeed, the oil-based form allows good assimilation of vitamin D3 with or without a meal.
