Iron √ ForceFer is a formula made up of ferrous diglycinate , a B vitamin complex , vitamin C and copper . Absorption of ferrous diglycinate through the intestinal mucosa is three times faster than that of other forms of iron, and it therefore does not interfere with them. √ Iron facilitates the transport of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
