GluteoStop in a click dispenser contains 30.000 PPI* units of prolyl-oligopeptidase enzyme (60 mg) per tablet. The click dispenser is ideal for home and on the go, and allows for easy dosing. Thanks to the small size of the pastilles, ingestion is even possible without water. *PPP stands for "Protease Picomole International" and indicates enzymatic activity. What is gluten sensitivity? Gluten is a protein containing an abnormally high amount of an amino acid, proline, making it difficult to digest. In the case of gluten sensitivity, gluten cannot be fully broken down in the gastrointestinal tract because the necessary digestive enzymes are not present in sufficient concentrations in the human gut. Gluten sensitivity is often accompanied by unpleasant symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea or constipation, headaches, fatigue, joint and muscle pain and sometimes even low mood.
