About IS-BART Maintain your immune defences with this tincture of seven adaptogenic herbs and plants, including black walnut hulls, coriander leaves, milk thistle seeds, suma root (Brazilian ginseng) and mugwort (Artemisa annua). Together, these ingredients strengthen the body's natural immune defences and detoxification processes, while also supporting energy production. The liquid tincture format allows for faster absorption and maximum effectiveness, while also enabling personalised dosing. As a concentrated tincture, IS-BART is more effective than capsules. For sensitive individuals, it is recommended to start with a low dose, gradually increasing to the recommended daily dose.
