This test is a simple, reliable and proactive tool to take back control of your wellbeing, starting now and over the long term. Instructions for use Test duration: 15 minutes √ Make sure the kit is at room temperature and allow 15 minutes to carry out this test calmly. Take the sample in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not take any supplements in the 24 hours before the sample collection. √ Go to www.ainoha.com/test to register your kit and answer the self-assessment questions. Carefully check that the Sample ID of this kit has been entered correctly in the questionnaire; this is the only way the laboratory can identify you. √ Wash your hands with soap and warm water and dry them. √ Remove the card from the pouch. Tear off the "TO KEEP" part and keep it. Place the sample card, lancet and plaster in their spot to the right of this sheet. Write the sample collection date on the card. √ Stimulate blood flow by shaking the NON-dominant hand downwards for about 20 seconds. √ Wipe the ring finger of this same hand with an alcohol wipe and let it air dry. √ Prick the tip of the ring finger with a lancet. Remove the lancet's safety cap. Place the smaller end of the lancet against the tip of the ring finger. Press the lancet firmly into the finger until you hear a click. √ Let a large drop of blood fall into each circle. Press the finger gently and let a large drop of blood form while holding it above the sample area of the card. Avoid massaging or squeezing the finger excessively; the drop will form naturally. Place the hanging drop above the circle of the sample area. Let the drop, but not the finger, come into contact with the paper. Check that the blood sample matches the acceptable blood spot. At least 50 % of the circles on the card must be correctly filled. Use the extra lancet (included in the kit) if necessary. Repeat the procedure, placing a single drop in each circle. Do not overlap the drops and do not touch the sample area of the card! √ Attach the plaster to your finger. √ Carefully insert the card into the pouch without touching the sample area and let it dry for 3 hours at room temperature. √ Then place the pouch with the card into an aluminium bag and seal it tightly. No other heat source should be used to dry the sample. Do NOT remove the drying agent inside the aluminium bag! √ Place the aluminium bag in the paper envelope. Keep the sample at a temperature below 25°C and avoid direct sunlight. If the envelope is not stamped, apply the appropriate number of stamps. Post it immediately, at the latest the following day. √ Once the analysis has been carried out, you will receive an email inviting you to view your results from your dashboard, accessible at the following address: www.ainoha.fr Your unique code, visible on the " TO KEEP" card, may be requested when you log in.
