Anne-Sophie Leclaire is a naturopath, a practitioner in micronutrition and functional health, and a yoga teacher. She practises in the Rhône, north of Lyon. Her work combines micronutrition assessments and yoga support. Before Simplycure she kept an in-house database of supplements sorted by brand and by condition. She also sold a few products at the practice. Today, digital has taken over.
Before Simplycure, Anne-Sophie built every recommendation from a personal Excel file. “A reference database of supplements, sorted by brand and by condition.” She copied and pasted the products into the patient report. The prescribing logistics ate up 30 minutes per client, sometimes more.
She also deliberately limited the number of brands to 4 or 6, so as not to create too many separate orders for the patient. That was a client experience constraint, not a clinical choice.
With Simplycure the write-up takes a few minutes, with pre-filled doses and the product comparison tool. Anne-Sophie has widened to 10 brands over the year, now chosen for the fit between product and patient rather than by ordering constraints. Selling at the practice has gone: the single link does the work, and patients commit more.
