Emma Djafer is a functional naturopath based in Brussels. She sees clients in practice and by video, and works in parallel as a trainer and speaker. She has supported her clients with Simplycure for more than two years, back when the platform was still called Compliments Pro. Her practice rests on one non-negotiable principle: never depend on any brand exclusively. She chooses every supplement to fit the person's situation, based on the active ingredient and the dose, refusing the commercial arrangements that would steer her recommendations. That prescribing independence is the backbone of her clinical practice and the basis of her clients' trust.
Before Simplycure, Emma worked from sales reps' paper leaflets and sent her clients off to each brand's website. “I always wanted independence, not to depend on a single brand.” The result: her clients bought their supplements at the pharmacy or the health food shop, often active ingredients with the same names but different doses from what she had prescribed. Emma then had to pick apart each order to reconstruct the protocol. “I ended up doing the job twice and it wasn't productive at all.”
She found Simplycure through Instagram and picked it up intuitively. The turning point: a single link sent to the client, delivery in 24 to 48 hours, one delivery charge. “There are so many brands listed on this platform, you aren't dependent on a single one.” The prescribing independence Emma had defended in principle became operational, with nothing given up.
The transparent commission system reinforces the coherence of the model. “We also earn commission, and to me that's part of our job: we take the time to analyse every dose, every active ingredient.” Emma explains that transparency to her clients up front, and can pass part of the benefit back to those who need it. Daily order tracking closes the loop.

Product Comparison“You aren't dependent on a single brand, and the commission stays the same whichever brand it is, so I can be transparent with my clients.”
