Haja Benglia is a naturopath specialising in perinatal and parental support, and works around fertility, the antenatal period and postpartum. She has also been a paediatric nurse for 15 years, with a background in and outside hospital caring for children and mothers. Her naturopathy practice continues that same thread: supporting mother and child as a whole, across the physical, emotional, psychological, transgenerational and environmental. In terms of tools, she moves between micronutrition, phytotherapy, gemmotherapy and aromatherapy depending on each client's temperament, environment and constraints.
Before Simplycure, Haja already recommended several brands in parallel, on principle. “I never tied myself to a single brand.” But for her clients that meant several orders, several delivery charges, and in the end fewer products actually bought. “It reduced adherence. In the consultation they were very keen, but afterwards either the order never happened or they picked only some of the products.”
She found Simplycure early in the platform's life. “Most of the brands you offered were ones I already worked with.” She adopted it immediately: a single link sent to the client, built straight into her advice sheet, one delivery charge or free above a certain amount.
The benefit she didn't expect: time saved in preparation. “Per client it can easily save me half an hour, because there's the research, then putting the recommendations together across each of the brands, then adding it to my advice sheet.” Multiplied across her caseload, that is several hours a week recovered from post-consultation work.
