Laurane Chemenda is a nutritional therapist and certified AIP coach. She practises from the United States and works remotely with a French-speaking caseload. Trained to the American standard of the single supplement dispensary, she discovered the French market the hard way: sending one person to four or five different brand websites for a single protocol struck her as mad. Her practice puts adherence at the centre. She measures her clinical impact by whether patients actually take the supplements, not by the number of recommendations issued. That discipline around follow-up comes from her American experience, where the single dispensary is the standard infrastructure between practitioner and patient, shared by naturopaths, micronutritionists and functional medicine doctors.
Before Simplycure, Laurane built her recommendations in a Google Doc, with links to each brand's website. “I did not have a huge list, but it was still enough to mean 4 separate orders to place.” For her clients that meant four bank cards taken out, four delivery charges, four accounts to create.
“Having several orders to place not only adds mental load, it also creates more risk that people never place the order at all. By order two or three they tell themselves they have not got the time, the budget, the appetite.” Every lost order meant a supplement missing from the protocol, and a compromised clinical result.
With Simplycure the scenario flips. One order, one basket, multi-brand protocols put together in a few minutes. “Because it makes the process easier, I end up with recommendations followed almost 100% of the time.”
Laurane also gains a side effect she was not looking for: discovering brands and experts she did not know. Her protocols get richer without making the patient journey heavier.
