Tian Croissant is a dietitian-nutritionist in Lyon, with several university diplomas in obesity, sports nutrition, fertility and micronutrition. She supports women with menstrual cycle disorders, fertility, women's conditions and eating behaviour. Her method combines public-health dietary advice, micronutrition and phytotherapy. Before Simplycure, her rigour on product traceability led her to write very detailed reports, which took up a disproportionate amount of time relative to their clinical value.
Before Simplycure, Tian wrote the brand name, the product name and where to buy it (pharmacy or website) into each report. “I tried to be precise so that patients would find the right product, but it took me a lot of time.” She rotated between two or three brands she knew, mainly through her training and meetings between dietitians.
With Simplycure, the product comparator opens up the catalogue. “There is a feature that helps us compare several supplements from different brands. It helps me adapt better to the patient in front of me.” Today, Tian works with around 28 active brands and keeps discovering products as consultations go by.
The main clinical benefit is in follow-up. “When I see them again in consultation, I am sure they took the right product. I can see how their health has changed in relation to that supplement, or not.” And a major side effect: control over discounts lets her round out her care without weighing on patients financially.

“There is less of a gap between what we recommend to patients and what they actually take day to day.”
