Precautions & contraindications

• Do not take at the same time as other medicines or supplements.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• As this supplement may reduce the absorption of other medicines, they should be taken well apart from it (more than 2 hours apart if possible).
• Oral use of plant charcoal is contraindicated for people who are constipated, or suffering from a gastroduodenal ulcer, digestive hernia, or intestinal obstruction.
