Alice Picard

Alice Picard holds a doctorate in pharmacy and specialises in herbal medicine and micronutrition. She co-founded Equilibrist, a laboratory dedicated to women's hormonal well-being that designs and formulates its own food supplements. Her work focuses on supporting women through the different stages of life, from puberty to menopause. She speaks to health professionals: at the Salon Soins & Nature 2025, she took part in a round table on women's health and led a workshop on fertility. For Simplycure, she hosted a webinar on hormonal imbalances in women, on which her article is based.
