Dr Serge Balon-Perin is a doctor specialising in nutrition and functional medicine, with nutrition training from the University of Louvain. Since 1996 he has been a nutritionist to elite athletes in Belgium, specialising in the nutritional treatment of digestive disorders, allergies and food poisoning.
