The paradox of continuing education
Health practitioners have never learnt so much. Webinars, brand-run training, conferences, certifications: the supply of knowledge is vast. And yet one question comes up in almost every conversation we have with the 15,000 practitioners who use Simplycure: "I train constantly, but what do I actually do with it in consultation?"
Knowledge accumulates, the tool is missing. You come out of an hour-long webinar on the thyroid, convinced by the speaker's approach. Monday morning, in front of your patient, all that is left is your notes, your memory, and the product list you piece back together from recall.
There is a second problem, more structural. A large share of the training available is produced by the brands themselves. The work is often excellent, but it has a built-in limit: the protocol that comes out of it is made up solely of the products of the brand delivering the training. For every line of the recommendation, the practitioner does not have access to the best molecule available, only to the best molecule in that catalogue.
And a third, more mundane but more constant: repetition. Faced with the same picture, the practitioner retypes the same recommendation, the same products, the same dosages, the same patient note. Duplicated work, with nothing carried forward.
What we have built
For three years, Simplycure has run a webinar every week. An expert comes to train practitioners on a theme: intestinal permeability, endometriosis, dopamine deficiency, premenstrual syndrome. And from the start, we have asked every speaker to finish with a deliverable: a multi-brand protocol, put together by finding the most suitable product across each of our 300 partner brands.
These protocols existed. They were sitting in replays. We have turned them into a feature.
Protocols is now a space in your Simplycure account with more than 130 ready-to-use protocols. Each one holds the exact product list, the dosage per product, the course duration, and a full description of the reasoning: mechanisms at play, targeted levers, associated lifestyle measures. When a protocol comes from a webinar, the replay is linked straight from the record.
There are two ways to use them.
The first: draw on the knowledge of others. You browse the catalogue, filtered by expert, brand, category or product. For each protocol you see who created it, with what standing, and how many practitioners already use it. You duplicate the one that matches your case, you adapt it, you recommend.
The second: build on your own practice. You create your protocols for your recurring cases. The "Stress" protocol you prescribe every week, with your magnesium, your ashwagandha and your precise dosages: you build it once, it serves you for good.
Why multi-brand changes everything
A single-brand protocol answers the question "what can I do with this catalogue?". A multi-brand protocol answers the real question: "what is the best option for this patient?"
That is the conviction Simplycure was founded on, and the most demanding practitioners share it. Véronique Liesse, dietitian-nutritionist, puts it better than we do: "I like to compare, I like to take from each brand the products that seem best suited, because a magnesium that works for one patient may not work for another."
Our partner brands have understood this too: 77 of the protocols available today are created by the brands themselves, in full transparency, with their name displayed. Independent experts sign another 56. Everyone plays with their cards on the table: every protocol has a named author, a bio, a background.
What a protocol is not
Let us be precise, because the subject touches on prescribing.
A Simplycure protocol is not an automatic prescription. It replaces neither the diagnosis, nor the history-taking, nor the practitioner's judgement. It is a working basis, created by an expert sharing their practice, that you adapt to each patient: underlying terrain, current treatments, sensitivities, goals.
That is the same line we hold across all our features: clinical judgement stays with the practitioner. The tool saves time on everything else.
From training to consultation, there is finally a bridge
