A French native whey isolate of exceptional purity Unlike whey proteins derived from whey from the cheese-making industry, native wheys obtained through membrane filtration processes (microfiltration and ultrafiltration) are highly sought after for their high degree of integrity while reducing carbohydrate and lipid content. They preserve the original structure of the proteins and provide bioactive peptides with positive effects on health well beyond muscle anabolism. Our cow's milk comes from French pastures for flawless traceability. Unrivalled protein content With the highest protein concentration available (up to 94% protein on a dry extract basis) and a low lactose content obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis using a lactase (inactivated at the end of the process), you benefit from a product dedicated exclusively to giving you the best of protein. Its amino acid profile is perfectly suited to muscle building, with notably 17% glutamine and more than 23% BCAAs (including 12% leucine), which are the main amino acids that make up muscle. A lengthy development for your palate Working on the taste and texture of a native whey isolate is a real challenge when synthetic sweeteners such as sucralose or acesulfame K are ruled out. For this, we used a new 100% plant-based stevia extract particularly well rated by consumer associations. Our flavourings, meanwhile, are natural and/or nature-identical.
